Request a Return

SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

Click on the profile icon in the store navigation or access it here .

1. Log in to your account:

1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address and click "Continue". A verification code will be sent to your email.

2. In your email account, open the message sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code.

3. Go back to the online store and enter the copied code.

2. Click on the order for which you want to request a refund.

3. If the order has more than one item, select the ones you wish to return.

4. Select the reason for the return and include a note for the store.

5. Click on "Submit Request".

We will send the return approval and the postage code to the email address registered on the website within 24 hours of the request, so that the customer can go to the nearest post office and ship the product back to us.

Once the item is received, meets the return requirements, and is returned within the specified timeframe, you will receive a refund within 30 days.
