Shipping Policy

SHIPMENTS

Orders placed on our website or through our customer service channels will be shipped on the same business day of purchase until 2 PM, and after that time, will be shipped on the next business day via Correios (Brazilian postal service) or JadLog.

* Important: ÉXI reserves the right to change the shipping time to up to 3 business days without prior notice. If you have any questions about the shipping of your product, please contact us.

- Standard home delivery via Sedex to capital cities (Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Curitiba, Florianópolis, Salvador, Vitória, Goiânia, Belo Horizonte, Recife, Porto Alegre): 1-2 business days.

- Standard home delivery via Sedex to other cities: 3-6 business days.

- Standard home delivery for PAC: 5 to 9 business days

RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive the product to request a return and send it back via the return shipping label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return , click here, or contact us at contato@exishoes.com , or via WhatsApp , indicating your order number. We will send you step-by-step instructions for the return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the product does not meet the above specifications, the return will be cancelled, and the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
