All orders are sent to Correios/Loggi on the next business day.
Delivery time varies depending on the shipping address.
Deadline via Sedex can take an average of up to 4 business days and free shipping (PAC) can take up to 10 business days.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
We accept returns or exchanges for any reason within seven (7) calendar days after receiving your order. To request an exchange or return, you must contact us via email exishoes@exishoes.com.br and follow the instructions.
Conditions:
– The shipping cost for the first exchange or return of the purchase is covered by ÉXI;
– You can exchange your purchase for any other product of equivalent or different value to your order on the website.
– Products to be returned must be in perfect condition and without any signs of use. The customer must keep the complete original packaging, including microfiber and authenticity card, in addition to the invoice;
– The product must not show signs of use. If the product is not approved by our team due to signs of use or damage, it will be sent back to the customer and return shipping will be charged.
– We are not responsible for the loss or damage of the product after delivery to the requested address;
– Upon delivery, the person responsible for receiving must sign (and include ID) on the receipt and be responsible for receipt;
– The request for exchange due to manufacturing defects must be made within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days after receiving the order and the deadline for analyzing the defective product is 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the order in our office.
– The return request must be made within seven (07) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted;
– If you have any questions, contact our team via email at exishoes@exishoes.com.br and report what happened. We will get back to you within 2 business days.
– After receiving the products within the conditions for return, the refund will be processed or the order reserved for exchange will be sent. You will be notified by email;
– The deadline for releasing the exchange or store credit request is up to two (02) business days, after receiving the return in our stock. It takes up to seven (7) business days to confirm the refund, after receiving the return in our stock. Remembering that credit card operators may take up to two invoices subsequent to the month in which the refund was requested to issue the credit;
REFUND OF VALUES
Payment made by bank slip: Reimbursement of the full or partial purchase amount will be made via DOC to the current account held by the same person responsible for the order. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the CPF used at the time of purchase. The refund period may take between 15 (fifteen) and 30 (thirty) business days after the product arrives and checks at our company.
Payment made by credit card: Cancellations and refunds/reversals will follow the rules of the card administrator used for the purchase. The refund amount may take up to 2 (two) invoices to appear on the card, depending on the due date or closing date of the invoice, after returning the product and checking it at our company.
INVOLUNTARY RETURN – POST OFFICE
If the order is returned by the Post Office showing an invalid address, unknown recipient, moved, owner not found or similar situation, the shipping cost for resending the product(s) will be charged to the customer.
